Return Policy

At Ethan&Sophia Toronto, we do our best to satisfy our customers. However, there may be instances where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

• You can request a return only after you have physically received the item.

• Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and cards still attached.

• Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not.

• Returns of products deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (partially) are not allowed.

Return Process

• Report your return to info@ethansophiatoronto.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

• You will receive the return address from our supplier (located in China).

• You will return the item at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (track & trace).

Refund

• After the item is received at the return address and its condition is validated, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• If an incorrect address was provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
